How does Paq Mochila Directo from Porto to Santiago work?
1. Book your Paq Mochila Directo service. Please, indicate on the booking form the date and your accommodation in Porto from where Correos should collect your luggage.
2. Identify your luggage. Identify your suitcase or rucksack using the label you will receive in your email along with your booking confirmation. This label contains your personal details and your booking information, which will help us when collecting and delivering your luggage.
3. Leave your luggage. Leave your rucksack or suitcase at the reception desk of your accommodation or at the designated location before 8:00 am.
4. Pick it up in Santiago. Once you have completed your Camino in Santiago, visit the Santiago Post Office (Rúa do Franco, 4) to collect your luggage. The office is open every day from 8.30 am to 8.30 pm.
