READ MOREIt runs along the so-called ‘Ruta da Pedra e da Auga’ (Stone and water route), a natural path that borders the Armenteira river. Among lush riverside vegetation, the pilgrim will discover another of the most outstanding architectural and ethnographic elements of Galicia: its hydraulic mills. In the little more than 7 kilometers that this route lasts you can collect up to 50, many of them restored.
Between vineyards and rural areas, our steps will cross Ribadumia and Pontearnelas until we reach our destination: the coastal town of Vilanova de Arousa. Here the pilgrim will be able to stop to enjoy its beaches and will be able to visit A Illa de Arousa, a natural paradise with unique places and a gastronomy to remove the hiccups.
