It is important to us that you understand, at all times, how and why we use your personal data and that you understand your rights. For said purposes, we have drafted the following data protection terms (“(“Web Privacy Policy”)”) that governs the processing of personal data when Users browse our website “www.elcaminoconcorreos.com”, any of the subdomains thereof or any other websites of Correos when this Privacy Policy is included on the page footer.

2. For what purposes will your personal data be processed and why?

The personal data of the User shall be processed for the following purposes:

5. For how long will your personal data be processed?

Your personal data shall be stored solely and exclusively during the necessary period for browsing the website, for analysing your browsing habits (in the case that you have accepted the cookies policy) or for processing your requests for services via our website.

As soon as your personal data is no longer necessary, said data shall be deleted, in accordance with the provisions of the data protection regulations that implies that said personal data shall be blocked, and shall only be available at the request of Courts and Tribunals, the Public Prosecutor’s Office or competent Public Authorities during the period of time until the applicable legal actions are limited pursuant to the statute of limitations, and after said period, the data shall be completely deleted. By way of example, normally the applicable time-barring period is that of 3 years, pursuant to the data protection regulations.

In any event, if at the conclusion of the contractual relationship pending legal actions exist, the personal data may be stored during the procedural formalities of the legal actions and exclusively for probative purposes, until a final resolution is issued, at which time the personal data shall be blocked and subsequently deleted.
